My computer has all of a sudden started BSODing when ever i connect 3 usb devices to it.
So far i have restored windows to a time a did work, Ive reinstalled mboards usb etc drivers and also uninstalled the usb portion of the system, so the comp redetects all devices from scratch, but the problem persists.
Anyone have any ideas as to what i can do next? cheers in advance.

Are the devices self powered? Or powered by the usb ports i.e. by the pc?

I don't think this would be the problem - but perhaps a power issue? Whats your spec and psu?

Devices are mouse, keyboard and usb wifi dongle so powered by the pc, it was crashing with the dongle attatch, didnt crash when removed. i reinstalled the dongle drivers but its still unstable.
Pc has been fine for ages no problems the last night got this problem out of the blue. Dont think its a power issue, my psu is overpowered for the rig iam running.

Deja vu...
Didn't I just read this same description few weeks ago in somewhere?

In general USB just isn't for devices needing constant bandwidth. But that dongle is probably completely driver/software based so...
Is PC set to fetch IP address automatically from DHCP server?
In some older Windowses that setting caused really slow boot if there wasn't any connection so maybe it's trying to do same when that software dongle isn't even operating yet.
