I've got one of the cruddy belkin dongles that isnt really recommended for gaming and its really seen better days. It constantly looses connection for around 20 seconds without actually disconnecting from the network.

Anyways, no other wireless connections in the house have this problem so Ive decided to splash out for a new dongle that can handle online gaming no problem....Looking to spend around £30

Get powerline adapters for your home if you can, lower ping by miles and secure connection.

a nice thread comparing the two speeds can be found above and ocuk sell them. Although they are a fair wack over your budget.

I am sorry, but can't really suggest any particular wireless dongle as have found all the ones I have tried as pretty poor. Netgear ones can be ok though.

What equipment have you got that you want to hook up exactly? A PCI one I have always found to be more reliable.

If you must go wireless you might have punt and see if you can pick up a Cisco Aironet PCI off the popular auction site for about £20 then they are pretty decent.

I managed to get a job lot of 5 for £100 and stuck them into all the machines in my house that had previously had crappy little USB dongles and the performance gains were well worth the money spent.
