usb drive question

my thumb drive has been in my pocket the last few days with my phone and now I cannot access drive, did my phone wipe the drive by being next to it?
Can I get the data back easily?

Don`t know how it would, but you could try data recovery software. Something like Easeus Data Recovery Wizard(which i use) or something similar.

oh just assumed thats why all my data has disappeared will try different pc , thanks anyway.
