I make use of an external USB drive with my macbook pro, I have a few apps that write out to the disk and want it to be there on boot. The annoying thing is though, every 2nd reboot, sometimes every reboot the drive appears with NO NAME-x where x is a number between 1-3.
This means i have to go through my apps that write to do the disk and change them to point at /Volumes/NoName-1 etc.
Is there a way around this?
