USB Flash drive naming

I need to name my flash drive 'Patcher', but when I rename it changes it to 'PATCHER' i.e. in CAPS. How can I force the USB drive/Vista to stop changing it to CAPS?

I have formatted it the drive as FAT32.

Make a text file and type in


[Autorun]

Label=Patcher



Then rename the text file to autorun.inf and put this on your flash drive , then it should work. This also has the added benefit of viruses/malware being unable to put on their own autorun.inf file as you already have one.
