USB flash drive

hi all,

i have an issue with a pals pc he needs to transfer some files to another pc via usb flash drive but when i plug my drive in the light on the drive lights up then the pc finds the drive assigns it a drive letter but the when you try and open it we get H: is not accessible access in denied ! i have looked in disk management and it says it healthy and sees the drive fine, the O/S is xp pro and hes running a server also any help would be great thx

what of the pc ? i formatted the pen drive on a different pc

might be worth mentioning that ive tried about 3 different flash drive so i know its not the drives

Whats in the security tab on it (Right click -> Properties -> Security Tab)
I doubt it would be that, but just make sure the everyone group has full access
