USB header Problm

I there, i have a problem.On my mum mother board she has 1 USB header but she asked me to add a card reader, now I give her my card reader out of my main rig as I never use it any more, but it has a USB header, how do i get out of this sticky wicket instead of buying a new one.

Is there such thing as a USB header splitter ?

Nope, that would have to be a USB HUB.
