You have to share the connection from your computer, however I can't play any online games on the tmobile payg one.

i have friends who use 3 and use there mifi dongle they have been using it for over 6 months now, but we do live ina town that has h+ so the speeds are good?

As I thought was worth dreaming , anyone used these on a mac running lion slightly changing the conversation .

Used what? A mobile dongle on a Mac? If so, yes, I use mine on my MBP. Works fine.
