USB Memory stick problem!

Recently I used my 4gb memory stick to re-install the backup windows on to my netbook as it does not have a CD drive. All worked fine but when I went to format my memory stick to use it as normal again it appears that it is only 1.88gb and even when I format it I get the same size.

Any suggestions how I can fix this problem?

Have look on google for the HP USB utility, it should allow you to reformat to the correct size.
