USB memory sticks with Ipad

Hi,

Is it possible to use USB memory stick with ipads (ipad air 2). Want to be able to access files off a memory stick on the ipad, example watch video files off the memory stick on the ipad. Can I use a lightning hub or lightning to usb adapter?
