I use a USB optical mouse for my laptop as I can't use the touch pad it's so annoying. Usually the mouse works fine but for the last few weeks its freezes after its been working fine.The only way to get it working again is to reset the laptop.
At first I thought that the problem with the mouse but I have replaced it and its still freezing up.
Does anyone know what I could do to fix the problem? I have read that maybe the drives might have gone but I'm not really a computer person so wouldn't know where to start looking if they had.
Any help or info given would be much appreciated.
