Ok so I have this usb that I just purchased. The issue being, when I plug it in, and try to access it, it says please insert media. So it see's it as a drive, and recognises it as a storage unit, but when I try to enter it I just get an error message. It wont allow me to format it either 
Now I have tried to type in the drive letter into the browser and nouwt. I have tried changing the drive letter and nouwt. I have tried accessing it through dos and I just get the error message "no disk Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9".
I have searched the net for solutions but cannot find the issue. I have seen many posts about renaming drive letters and disabling quicktime in startup. But none of these work or are even relivent to my problem.
Any ideas guys?
