USB or Card

Hi, I have seen numerous opinions on the net but is there a definitive answer to which is better/more efficient between an onboard wireless card and the USB stick option. I am tearing my hair out as to which to get for an upstairs bedroom.

I assume you mean PCI wireless card ?..............if so, yes, card every time

I've tried both and found the PCI type to hold a more reliable connection.

USB also tend to run warm.....
