I'm moving into a house in a few months with a few friends for our second year at Uni and we have got to get wireless internet. So what do you think is better a USB wireless network adapter or a PCI wireless network card? As i have neither of these and would obviously need to get one.

Also which one would you think is the best for £0-£30?

Thanks,
Scott.

Sounds like a PCI wireless network card is the best to go for.

Has anyone got any suggestions for what would be the best one to buy, with £30 being the max to spend?

Thanks

Best check which wireless router you are using before you buy anything.

I think the router that we will be using uses 802.11g. Do you need any more info about it?

I dont really know that much about wireless networking

Can be a good idea to get the card from the same maker as the router.

Not vital by any means, but it can help ensure that they will work well together and support the same security features,
