USB PCI Cards

Was wondering if im going to notice any difference between a £10 usb2.0 pci card and a £30 usb2.0 pci card?

Most seem to be identical, are you paying for a name?

There is also a question of reliability though...

I personally would not want to risk a cheap and nasty card in an expensive Motherboard.

I guess it depends, I sometimes find that e.g. Belkin peripherals can be seriously overpriced compared to e.g. overclockers own brand. It also depends on if you can trust the cheaper brand.
