USB pen drive, problem

Hi I accidently deleted the partition from my USB pen drive whilst reinstalling windows. Now the drive will not format using windows right click the drive letter and use the format button.
How can I resolve this! How do I setup a partition?

start,run,diskmgmt.msc

Right click "My computer" and goto Manage, select "Disk management" right click the device and you should be able to format from there.
