USB Pen

I was thinking about buying a USB pen but not sure what to go for.

I need it to be able to be encryted but also 'date stamp' all the files within the USB pen,so i can look at one file to see when all the documents on the USB pen where edited etc.

Firstly is this possible?

Secondly how would you go about doing it?

You can use truecrypt on USB Pen Drives, and its just like storing it on a hard drive. Date stamps etc, all there.
