USB ports not working.

The problem started with it only not recognizing one device once in a while. Now I'm lucky if it recognizes anything within 5 minutes of plugging it in and pulling it out again. My USB drivers are fully updated so I'm stuck with how to fix this problem. Can anyone help?

Is this on USB ports on the front or the back of the PC? Does it happen with all USB ports?

Have you checked for a BIOS update?

have you deleted them from the device manager
then rescan for new hardware
