Hi guys i have 4 usb ports at the back of my pc and 2 at the front, is it possible that the 2 at the front are not usb 2.0? Is it possible they could be just normal but the back 4 2.0?

Because ive been trying to install the usb drivers for my web cam which requires usb 2.0 but when i try at the front it says windows has found a new piece of hardware which is not recognised?! So ile try using the back ports and it should work
