usb problems...help needed!!

when ever i plug a usb device into my usb ports i get an error message saying "usb device not recognised" i have tried all my usb ports with different plug and play devices but i get the same message has any one got an idea of why??

the drivers are installed and wore working fine but now i get the message and dont kno why :S

i crnt reinstall them it comes up with message telling me they are already installed, i crnt find the uninstall in add and remove programs and can not find anything in the programs folder or windws :S:S

is there any drivers i can dwnload of the internet?? or has anyone else got any ideas??
