USB Stick problems

Hi all,

I have a 4GB USB stick which is formatted FAT32. I have some AVI files which I want to put onto my Macbook from my MiniMac, but whenever I copy them to the USB stick and try it on my Macbook you cannot read the file?!

I have tried it again and again but still the samething, I have managed to get it done once and thats it. Even if i copy a file over and try and open it, it wont open!

any ideas please?

ah Ive sorted it now, formatted the stick to HFS+ and works spot on

the files were around 600mb each

I reformatted the stick with windows and is working fine now on my MacMini and Macbook Pro. bloody weird!
