USB Storage. Disable the 'Scan and Fix' or 'Contunue Without Scanning' option

Hi,

Is it possible to disable the stupid option message asking if I want to scan and fix my storage devices when plugging them in? Ive put up with it for ages, but I always tell it to continue without scanning, so is it possible to tell it to just do that all the time?

Wouldn't it be wise to actually scan the device if your operatring system thinks there is a problem? That and disconnect it cleanly.
