usb stuck in read only mode

Hi

I have a 32gb usb drive running as a data storage on my pi, some how its' got suck in read only mode. - There's defo no sliding write switch

I've tried it in my mac and in diskutil - both GUI and terminal one wont give the option and the other says its read only when trying to remove the partition.

Even in windows with diskpart, running the clean command returns back its read only.

Any suggestions with be welcomed, as I'm stuck for ideas now :/

is it stuck in read only mode on the Pi too? Can you open it as admin at all?

Have you tried any of these commands?
