USB to Expresscard adaptor....

why not just buy a usb wireless dongle then you dont have to go through the hassle of having to use that, which could be more expensive in the long run . ie if it breaks .

it will most likely work fine (although that link does not explicitly state if that particular model supports windows 7). How much does it cost and can you get one that is guaranteed to work with your OS?

if you can't get one that definitely works with your OS or it costs more than £10 then I would suggest do the simple thing and go for a Wireless N USB adapter (like the first 2 linked to by infernox) or a PCI adapter.

If the wireless N expresscard is going to waste, you may want to sell it (should get £5-10).

Its around £4 on fleabay...and i have considered getting a usb adaptor or pci adaptor but i just thought because its lying around...i will investigate a bit further and see but i think like you say its best to get a 'proper' one or work out a way to get the router/modem in my room so i can just ethernet it.
