Using a Freecom DVB USB with NC10 and Vista Media Centre. Works fine.

Another option would be to use something like Zattoo or tvcatchup.com.
Although you can't record from these, and have to have a net connection.

Here is a pic. Sorry for quality as had to play with shutter for a bit to stop tv from flickering but the picture is smooth and clear and naff camera smears moving images. You can see the Freecom in the right hand USB port (fed from coax cable) and news is on and showing the Ferrari written off in tunnel.

Think the Terratec's are white but dont know how good they are.
