Have a bit of a weird problem, all of a sudden my usb wirless dongle is causing random bsods, sometimes its fine for days/hours and sometimes it does it as soon as i plug the device in. Ive tried reinstalling all driver on both motherboard and dongle but its no use. Ive tried an identical dongle that i use on another machine and the same happens, iam currently using a wired connection and all is ok no bsods, any idea whats causing it? Also tried differnt ram, gfx card, hard disk, keyboard and mouse.
Only thing i havnt tried is a different power supply and motherboard but iam thinking if it works fine with a wired connection then why not with the usb dongle?

System is e6600 cpu, gigabyte ds3 version 1 m/board, 4gb ocz ram, 8800gtx, 320gb seagate sata hd, enermax liberty 500w psu.

Tried a different USB port?

I know you said you've reinstalled the drivers, have you downloaded the latest versions?

Ive tried all 4 usb ports on the back of the motherboard and ive tried the latest drivers on the gigabyte website. Is it worth trying the drivers from each of the chipset manufacturers eg intel for the 965p drivers and jmicron for the sata drivers?
