USB3 adaptor - do they exist?

Right, my new coolermaster silencio case arrived but the usb3 on the fornt io panel connects to a standard usb port, not the usb3 header on the mobo. Is there an adaptor that I can use to plug it into the mobo header and not run the cable out of the case and plug it into the rear io panel?

Something like a Lian Li UC-01 USB3.0 to 20-Pin Converter (UC-01). Anyone know a stockist?

I had one of those with my Asrock extreme 4 mobo. Would rather use the one built into the case. Just seen ocuk do actually do one here. Out of stock though

On a side note Stulid my whole new build arrived today. Soemthing for me to do tonight. Have you oc'd your i5 on the Asrock board. Is it just a case of changing it tot he preset oc profile in the bios?
