USB3 power surge issue

Mobo is UD5H
Power supply is Seasonic 860w platinum


this is the issue

It was a sudden error. Everything plugged into the sockets work still but i'm yet to find a fix other than turning off the notifications. Even when nothing plugged into the sockets and reinstalled drivers it does not work.

Any ideas what is causing this?

Do you have front panel USB 3.0 ports? If so try removing the cable from the header.
