Hi All

My Computer runs great until I decide to go to start shut-down then computer starts to shut-down the blue screen appears computer goes into fresh switch on mode which starts windows backup " I can shut the pc down with the power button on the case whilst the blue screen is on"

I'm defiantly Sure its a Problem with usbhub.sys I cannot remove this during safe-mode either and would like to get that .sys file off to see it cures my Problem any help would be appreciated.

PS running WIndows 7 home

UPDATE
so far what I have done is Went into control panel/Device Manager clicked Universal Serial Bus controllers removed all the USB items, starting with Usb Mass Storage Device then onto Usb Root Hub halve way down removing the previosly mention ones mouse disappeared so used the tabbing system to get others removed, Pressed the windows Key to shutdown PC and No blue screen at all so it looks like the Usbhub.sys has being replaced with another maybe from my LCD display which mounts into the 5 1/4 inch drive bay.

so its either remove the usbhub.sys from withing the system folder windows 7 does not allow me to remove it even in safe mode, think the only way is to remove it by unplugging the Hard drive and accessing it on another PC which I have then searching for the usbhub.sys etc.
