USBkey as a ME boot floppy?

is it possible to format a floppy disc as a bootable one, then copy the files to a clean usbkey to boot from that?

i need to run a bios updating tool that can only be used in dos

If ME can see USB discs at boot-up and the necessary files are on there, it should work OK?

i wont be using ME at all, but when you create a bootable floppy in xp it creates an ME one

Tell me how you do, bledd. I've tried to do this but it's never worked very well for me. Mind you I was using Linux utilities in my half-assed attempt to create the disk.

damn, need to restart to enable floppy drive in bios, will try this all now
