Use BIOS or Software?

I am wanting to overclock my AMD Venice on my Gigabyte K8NF-9 motherboard. It came with a piece of software that lets you overclock whilst in Windows and change fan speeds, etc.

Would you recommend OC'ing in the BIOS or would I be as well just using the supplied software for ease of use?
