Enter your postcode. find your street and tell us what the average price came up with... then click it, and find what the last house sold went for. and say that too

Which is mad, because ours was about 70-80k when we moved here 6-7 years ago

Avg= 292K

Last= 372k

first one sold for 232k in 2001, and they are all essentaly the same!

Mines not list as it's a new build. I can pretty much say though that the average house price on my street is between 225k and 300k

For our block of flats, the average is £172,349. Last was £265,000.

Highest is £565,000, lowest is £64,345. The block was built in 2001 and most of the flats were sold for around £90-120k at the time. Now they're mostly going for £220k-295k!

the only house in my street that has sold is a TINY semi detached which went for £197,000, house prices are ridiculous

My Landlord payed £125,000 for my 1 bedroom mezzanine :eek:

Joke...my road consists of some terrace and Semis (dwn the end of our cul-de-sac, and i live in one of the semis). I think my mum paid about 70 - 80k for the house about 15 years ago, now they are going for 200k - 300k (ours would probably be in the higher price bracket due to various factors).
This is BR2 7qa - Bromley in Kent
Good for my mum but you can see the ridiculous price increase for those like myself that need to buy a house.

Average in my street for a 3 bed terraced with garage is £79,000.
