Used OCUK PSU seems to have issues...What to do?

Hi,

I recently sold a Silverstone SFF 450 modular PSU to someone else in my country and this person claims that the PSU has current leakages (not sure if its the correct English term). PSU was bought in 2014 and I don't have the invoice anymore but have found my OCUK order number in my account. How can I help him to repair it or get the warranty from OCUK?

Unfortunately it is probably out of warranty now as it looks like they only have a 3 year warranty so the only way to sort things out would be to take it back and refund him if it is actually faulty.
