Runs once every Wednesday at 1am for me, and thats it on default.

Can you defrag individual files with the XP/Vista defragger? I know JkDefrag allows the user to defrag the Page file. With JkDefrag you can just leave it to defrag all the drives, don't think Windows Defrag is that automatic.

Yeah you can make it do that if you change the settings...
