Coming from XP and totally skipping Vista, what extra features does Win 7 bring?

For example, I remember seeing a video demostration of somethign similar to expose on Win 7? that it shows all the opened windows in 3D, how do I get to that?

I am still using this like i do with XP, sure its fnie but i am sure there are LOADS of extra features, keyboard shortcuts that i am not aware of, anyone care to enlighten me or link to a site with these?

Edit: The expose thing is Flip3D. Windows Key + Tab. You can also use Win Key + Shift + Tab to keep it in Flip3D mode after letting go of the keys. Can scroll through the windows at your leisure.

Old fashioned Alt+Tab still works too. If you press Alt + Tab and pause for a moment, you get full size preview of each window as you scroll through them.

Expose completely wipes the floor with Flip3D, I'd rather use Alt + Tab if anything.

I've used the questionable Aero "shake" feature more than Flip 3D.

Shake a winndow with the mouse and all the others minimise. Do at again and the same ones come back.

Just done that, i don't see the point, the window you grabbed will be on top anyway, why would i need to minimise others???

Win key + Tab is cool though
