When putting on backplate do not take the sticker off and stick to board.
Do the following:
Take just the H plate and back bracket and screws
put the back bracket in place and screw in using the h plate and backplate
once in place use masking tape and tape over the back bracket firmly in place
now remove screws and H bracket leaving a perfectly aligned back bracket
then install tuniq screw in tight remove tape job done.

Its a pain to remove the plate otherwise, think i remember reading somewhere someone actually broke a mobo trying to pull off a stuck down plate

Well it's my first ever intel build think it's not too shabby
coretemp says 32c but im at stock 1.8ghz e4300 i probably put a bit too
thick a layer of as5 on the masking tape made light work of the tuniq though.
