Useful utilities- measuring voltages

Main thing I'm looking for is something that will monitor the rails on my psu reliably (well, as reliably as possible :p ).
Mobo is a Bad Axe 2, and I would use Intel's Desktop Utility that came with it, except it doesn't seem to like things like cpu-z and rmclock (it loads slow, and freezes periodically- which didn't happen when I first installed the OS).
I would use IDCC, but for the conflict between itself, and cpu-z.
I would prefer something that does not have to be installed (ie, can be run from the desktop, or usb stick or something).
Any suggestions welcome :)

Edit: Sorry should have posted specs=>

bad axe 2
e6600
bfg 8800gtx
crucial 10th anni 2gb
wd raptor 150gb
x-fi xtreme music
OS = windows xp pro

Don't worry, I've read sticky. Speedfan doesn't work properly with my system.
Only gives one temp reading. The rest, it gives me ridiculous values, ie 117 'C or 0'C, to even -65'C lol?
Systool, also problems- reads mobo as a D975XBX, instead of a D975XBX2.

Just downloaded that program, very nice layout etc.

One thing i dotn understand is that in the BIOS i set my voltage to 1.375, but in the said downloaded program it says my voltage is 1.3125 (the same as what the default is set to and greyed out in the BIOS).

I have the DS3 mobo, so any help regarding setting the voltage correctly would be much appreciated, cheers.
