So I ordered something from overseas to be delivered to a XX-XX address, the neighbours are literally from hell (in both looks and manners) so I was slightly worried and yup its happened - They recieved my parcel because its been delivered and signed for yet I have nothing....

I will contact dhl in the morning but has anyone had an experience like this? If so, what happened.

I cant imagine the dogs (neighbours) giving it back, they'll deny all reciept etc

Well, have you asked the neighbours for it? It's the courier's responsibility to make sure it gets to you, so if you have asked them and they've refused to give it to you or deny having it then contact DHL. Don't tell them how much you hate your neighbours, just tell them the facts and place the ball in their court for getting the goods to you. Most couriers seem to have stopped giving things to neighbours recently from my experience, possibly for this reason!

The dhl driver must have been mentally retarded, the site is about 300 metres long with a big sign on the door saying XX-XX and the house next to it is small, ruined and has a stupid sign on it -.-

So p'd off atm, why me"

I was told, very recently, that the couriers have a duty to deliver to the address / post code as directed. I could not get them to deliver to a neighbour because of this, so call them and ask them to tell you who it was addressed to and who signed for it. Point out that this is not the correct person.
