I can DL at home and at work at the same time on the one account.......or I have done!

That's interesting. Usually would get a 502 error in most cases. According to their support chaps (when I last contacted them about the very same issue) was informed none of their tiers support that. Lucky bugger :/

edit - are you on a payg tier? apparently you can have multiple IPs on pay per gig, just the unlimited tiers you cannot... maybe explains it.

I'll check it out next week and report back. Tend to use work connection for bigger DL's as it is a faster connection etc
