Can someone tell me how to disable this. I have done it in previous builds but have totally forgot how to

run msconfig, tools tab, highlight 'disable uac', click launch, reboot.

just tried to run it but when i type msconfig then enter the screen just flashes and does not open it

edit, it opes for a milisecond then goes

thanks, I disabled it i think by running secpol.msc and disabling it in there
