My friends PC has 4 user accounts on it. She has installed some programs on her account. How does she do it so that her children can use the same programs etc from thier accounts? She accessed her accounts and the programs are not showing on thier accounts! Thanks for any advice.

It's probably just a case of copying the start menu shortcuts to the all user profile.
Right click on the start button and click 'open all users' then right click the start button and click open. Copy all of the offending short cuts over.
