User accounts...

In need of a little help...
I can't access my user account properties via my control panel, or by clicking on my user icon. All other properties within my control panel are working fine, it's just the user accounts.

Anyone have any ideas, as to why the properties are failing to open? Is there any other method of getting in?

I click the icon, it gives me a time glass indicating that it's loading, then it stops and nothing happens.

its not the same as normal users, but you can do most of the same things..
