^ Looking for any user experiences about this, I don't really care much about the case but I really need the PSU it comes with to be reliable.

Can anyone comment on this? One review already tells of how it went 'bang'. I'm building this computer for someone elses work so I really don't want to give them something that could go 'bang' at anytime.

Here is the build if anyone's interested, it's not powering a GPU and the CPU is rated at 95w so the PSU should easily be able to handle it at max load however, as I said, I'm just worried it could **** up.

i have the exact case and psu. ive had mine for about 2/3 weeks now and i know its early days but its fine. i have a gts 450 1gb graphics card added to my primo igintion system and have been playing crysis 2 the last few days a lot and not had any issues yet.

Put it this way - its £22 for the case + PSU - that means the "500W" PSU is worth around £10. For £10 you won't be getting a good quality 500W PSU.

If your main aim is reliability - then I wouldn't suggest going down this route.

I would strongly suggest getting a better quality PSU. If that budget is fixed then I would go for a smaller/cheaper SSD or leave the SSD out.

i forgot to add. as much as my psu is doing ok i have just bought a corsair psu to be on the safe side. as im adding another hard drive and a few case fans just thought having a more respectable psu make would be better.

imo, i would pay another £40 and get an OcUK case for 20-22 pounds and then get OCZ 500w psu. then your guarenteed a reliable PSU.

I have to agree with this user, yes you aint got a power hungry system but damn it looks to good to be true they must have used the lowest quality of materials in that Power-supply unless they have less aims of profit i would get a decent power-supply just for the reliability! 1 thing i learnt as a consumer specially in the electronics and devices area you really pay for what you get - for a power-supply i wouldn't take the gamble a 'personal opinion' :D

as i like to add it £22 it down to you man, but if that PSU decides to go down it 'could' say parts of your system down with it =) likely hood of that happening who knows :P

If you can't afford to replace your hardware, dont run it on a psu worth less than £20.. XD i know this from experience when a brandless 450watt psu fried an old 754 board and a sempron i was playing with!
