user friendly "shell" interface for Windows?

I was wondering whether anyone new of a easy to use windows shell along the lines of "kids Menu" that might simplify windows commands?

FYI to the other posters, If you read my OP it was always for the elderly not kids. The elderly do not pick this stuff up as quickly as kids.
