Hi, how do I go about getting my username changed?

First off you get all the suggestions from other people and mod then creates a poll and we as the community choose the best username for you

Basically you need to e-mail a mod - i've done this in the past but nobody ever got back to me.

Feel free to email me your request, my email is in here. I shall forward your suggestion to an admin who will change it for you. They do tend to be a bit slow though
