Users changing their AD details

I'm looking for some software that will allow users to be able to change their Active Directories details such as telephone number, name, office etc.. I've found this:

but would prefer something by Microsoft and cheaper.

Has anyone used or know of such a tool?

Please elaborate, writing my own would give me major kudos amongst my peers

Thanks but I don't want them to be able to reset your passwords just yet. The first phase is for them to be able to change things like their name, telephone number, office etc...

Done some googling and I guess I have to write the program in .Net..... I know NO .Net

How easy would it be for me to pickup the pieces I need just for this little project?
