¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Ok, my E-mu 1212m has stereo analogue out, and sounds great.

The only thing I've recently gone from 2.0 to 2.1, so I have no more outputs to hook my sub up to...

So I was wondering if there was some way of using the onboard sound for sub out?

If not I'll have to get soldering and build an active crossover...

erm, not in the way you want to use them, no. you could split the stereo output from the 1212m an run one side in to the amp, the other in to the onboard line in. then use the onboard to output a .1 channel. possibly. but you'd probably run in to all sorts of problems there.

best bet i think would be the crossover.
