Using a Playstation 2 through TV card on PC?

As the title really, Im struggleing to get this working =/ Im told by many its possible but they dont ever seem to tell me how.

Any help will be great.

Ive done it before and it was pretty easy, make sure the TV Tuner is analogue though or else it wont work. I just plug the AV cable into the composite in on the tuner and and the tuner card found it. The L/R audio was already plugged into an amp, but i would expect the sound to be just as simple. It never looked great and was slightly laggy but it did work ok.
