Using a TV monitor and xbox controller

Hi

As the title of this post suggests, I am building a gaming PC with the intention to use my TV and an xbox 360 controller.

The TV is a 42 Inch pansoonic LE42E6B, Full HD 1080P.

Has anyone done what I am suggesting? Was it an enjoyable experience for gaming and general PC use?

P.S, It will be keyboard and mouse for shooters sat on my couch..

I get no lag with my xbox 360, only thing to do is test it!

Have to buy the computer first...haarr
