Am I right in saying that a PC could be used to harness the convenience of a wireless headset with an external device?
Scenario.
Ham Radio with audio IN/OUT on the multi pin connector on the front panel. NOT IN/OUT for soundcard or spectrum analyser etc etc.
If the PC uses the mic on the wireless headset and outputs the audio, now analogue to the radio and then radios normal headphone output goes to the inoput of the soundcard which in turn goes to the headset. Sounds easy enough but commercially such a thing is not available. The short version is, I want ot use a wireless headset with a ham radio rig using the pc as the wireless usb to analogue convertor.
